"But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus." II Timothy 3:14&15 KJV

I made this cookie recipe the other day and they were awesome. I didn't put the potato chips in them because I didn't have any and they still turned out great. These cookies remind me of a grandma friend I had. Whenever we would go to her house she had these super yummy cookies. I always wanted to get her recipe, but never did. Now I found a cookie that reminds me of Violet.

I am a stay at home mom to 3 growing kids. I need my coffee & Bible in the morning to get me going. We also home-school, so the kids keep me busy. I enjoy working on projects like knitting, sewing, gardening, and anything that my kids want to do. I also love to bake, cook and teach my children about everyday life. This is a place for me to journal about what we do from week to week.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
