More snow last night.....

I let Charlie out this morning and she has now figured out how to get over to the neighbors back yard. She likes to go over, so she can play with there dogs, which are 4 times the size of her. Brandon blocked the hole, but she was still able to get through, so we are going to have to find a better way to block it. Those little beagles are so smart. I'm afraid it's going to be hard to keep her over here, which we will have to let you over to play once in a while.

Here is the evergreen bush that she climbs on to get jump over the board that we used to try and block the hold.

Charlie.....
She loves warm snuggle blankets and soft pillows.

In the next few pictures you will see a toy turtle that has a string attached to it. Charlie loves this toy. She will take a hold of the sting and pull the turtle around the house and bark at it. She has lots of fun, but I have to put the toy away after a while.

Little Charlie.....
is a very lovey and enjoys having her belly rubbed.....

Charlie is now 11 weeks old......
I have to say it has been going very well with little Charlie and a lot better then I anticipated. The kids have been very good at keeping an eye on her and making sure she is not chewing on something that she is not suppose to. She also is very good at chewing on her chew sticks and when she's tired she will go lie on a blanket or pillow, which you can see in the pictures below.
She's a sweet little pup, but definitely a puppy.

SNUGGLES......
I don't know what it is ,but she likes to snuggle up around your neck. She is a great little snuggler, but I have also created a nice little bed for her to lay in. It only took a couple times of putting her in her bed and now she just crawls in when she is tired. I am going to try my hardest to train her well. She has also been doing a good job of going potty outside, but it will be a while before she is trained. She is still very small and has to go to the bathroom a lot. It's been nice having a dog around the house again. She is a wonderful addition to our family.

New Puppy.....

Here is our new little beagle puppy. She is 4 1/2 weeks old and Brandon came up with the name Charlie, which we all love. The kids love her especially Anna who is old enough to help out with feeding, watering, and taking Charlie out to go potty. We are all looking forward to getting to know this little puppy and training her to be a good little girl. I think the pup will help keep the kids busy and they will have a nice new friend to play with in the back yard as she grows up.
