Here is a awesome bean casserole that is super easy and yummy. Everyone will enjoy this.
Calico Beans
Cook together:
1# Hamburger
1/2# Cut-up bacon
1 large onion, chopped
Add to meat mixture:
2 reg cans Pork n' Beans
1 can Butter Beans - drained
1 can kidney Beans - drained
Mix together and add to the above mixture:
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 Tb. prepared mustard
2 Tb. Vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Cook in the crock pot for several hours on low temperature. Store in refrigerator over night. Reheat next morning and bring to a moderate boil, turn down to low until ready to serve. The longer it cooks the better it takes. Note: This also can be cooked in a 350 degree oven, uncovered for 1 hour.

Looks yummy! No little one yet? I have been praying for you!
They are so yummy. Ann Marting called and requested me to post this recipe because my brother loved them so much. The recipe is from a wonderful lady from our church. She has some of the best recipes. We as younger women have to make sure we get those awesome recipes from the older women we know and pass them down.
No baby yet, but thanks for your prayers. I do covet them because Brandon has his first day of class next Wed, so the baby needs to come before then, or at least it would be nice.
