Garden Tilled....
We got the garden cleaned off, the dirt tilled up and now it's ready to be planted.

I gave it a good rake with the garden rake to level it off.

I also noticed that I have asparagus coming up. Yum!! It's one of the favorite vegetables.

Here is also the rhubarb that I planted a few years ago. I got the plants from my Grandma Beulah. I am looking forward to Rhubarb Pie:)

Wow! That looks great! I mowed my lawn today and I'm going to work on the garden on Friday . . . How are your seedlings coming along?

rhubarb and asparagus sound amazing!

we've tarped out a square of grass to hopefully turn into a garden, but my husband and i have no idea what we're doing yet!

what lovely memories, mushroom hunting with your dad:)

We really have to get our garden going. If the guys don't hurry and get a tiller (we always borrow one from a friend who insists we are not to buy one) and get the garden ready, I'm going to grab a shovel and just dig it up myself! It's really time to get the cooler weather crops in. I love asparagus and have always wanted to grow it, but year after year we don't get any plants. :(
